Campfire Cooking

The winter season of 2024 saw the Adventurers head out into the snow, build a campfire, and make their bannock bread, wrapped in a hotdog.

Lots of fun was had that day, including an important lesson on which rocks to use and not use when building a campfire.

In January of 2025, the Campfire Cooking Program began. It will continue until April 5th, 2025. Review day will be on April 5th.

In the Campfire cooking level, Adventurers will learn how to warm soup over a campfire, cook with tinfoil in coals, suspend food to cook, and carve utensils to carry in their backpacks.
